1. The Main Ending → Send Ova (NG+)

After defeating the final boss Zmey, the Unbidden, head to the Gloom Siphon in Marrowkeep. Choose Send Ova to trigger the ending — this requires 168 Ovum (a large share comes from clearing the 6 Corrupted Gates). The ending plays, then you roll into New Game+.

⚠️ Plan ahead: Entering NG+ via Send Ova locks you out of free-roam cleanup. Do all collectibles and optional trophies first — you'll still need NG+/NG++ anyway for the Shell Memories (Glimpses), but don't leave easy ones behind.

2. The Secret Joke Ending → Baghead (Bag Holder)

Trigger Baghead's secret ending by meeting him at Desolate Peak (western Fainweald, near the Illusionist's Cache; east of the Gloomshade Grove Beacon). Sit with his group twice and agree to stay with them: answer his questions with the "yes/nothing" responses, then confirm. This unlocks the Bag Holder trophy.

After the joke ending you can keep playing — it doesn't force a reset. (Full route in the Baghead quest guide.)

3. The Egon Ending → Feed Me

At Castigator's Keep central tower, feeding Egon Gloom until he passes away triggers the Feed Me trophy/ending. Exact Gloom thresholds vary by source — do it as a fun optional rather than a precise target. (Details in the Egon quest guide.)

4. The Ascension Secret → Mango

The Ascension secret trophy is tied to the secret of the Mango. Discovery is part of the fun — if you want it spoiled, search the Mangos and their odd interactions as you progress.

5. Order to See Everything

  1. Baghead joke ending whenever you first reach Desolate Peak (safe, no reset)
  2. Egon Feed Me when Gloom allows (Castigator's Keep)
  3. Mango Ascension secret as you explore
  4. Send Ova last, after all collectibles and optionals are done
